Gene Kirby is President of CE Solutions, LLC an independent management consulting firm focused on the financial services industry. Mr. Kirby is a former Chairman of the Consumer Bankers Association.Mr. Kirby has over 29 years of experience in the industry having served in multiple roles across retail banking, commercial banking, marketing and executive management. Prior to forming his consulting firm Mr. Kirby was President of NewAlliance Bank. Prior to NewAlliance Bank, Mr. Kirby was Corporate Executive Vice President of SunTrust Bank where he was responsible for the retail line of business, the commercial line of business, consumer product management, call center operations and corporate marketing. Prior to joining SunTrust he served as the Senior Vice President of the Internet Development Group at Crestar Bank.He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and received his MBA from Duke University.
Jerome Byers is a Managing Partner for Coronado Bay Capital. Byers is a career banking executive with over two decades of general banking experience. The former President for Citibank’s 500 branch West Region as well as the former U.S. Head of Small Business and Merchant Services. Prior to joining Citi, Jerome was the Regional President of Wells Fargo, Atlanta overseeing 200 banking locations and 5,000 team members. During his time with Wells, he held numerous positions in the commercial and consumer bank including leading retail banking in Virginia, MD, District of Columbia, Georgia and North Florida. Active in the community Byers has held several significant board positions including Chairman of the Board for Teach for America, board member for Georgia Public Broadcasting and member of the Carter Center Board of Councilors. He has been featured in numerous magazines and articles as well as provided commentary for Fox News and Bloomberg. Byers received his bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Jacksonville University.
Bill Carpenter has been an Advisory Board Member of Kiran Analytics and a predecessor company, Exametric, since 2001. He was most recently employed by Lytx, a venture funded driving safety predictive analytics company, where he served in various roles, including Chairman, interim CEO, and Consumer Division Executive. An experienced angel investor, Bill has also been CEO and Director of a number of technology companies, currently including One Stop Systems and the non-profit community technology accelerator CONNECT. Bill holds an MBA in Finance from Stanford and an Engineering degree from Princeton University.
JGreg White has over twenty-five years of experience in executive management, business development, and sales within the technology sector. He has demonstrated success in all aspects of early-stage company growth including strategic planning, team building, partnership development, and fundraising. Greg served as President and CEO of Air-Trak, a mobile resource management and tracking company. Prior to that, he was also the Founder and CEO of Kablink, an innovative photo-sharing Web site. Greg was also the founding CEO of TriTeal, an enterprise software company. Prior to TriTeal, Greg worked in various sales management roles at Sun Microsystems, AGE Logic (now NetManage), Apollo Computer, and Hewlett Packard. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Dr. Kaplan is a Principal Consultant of KCG where he has worked with various banks and Fortune 500 companies including Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, IBM, The Walt Disney Company, and Universal Studios. Before joining KCG, Dr. Kaplan worked as an internal consultant for a Fortune 500 Company specializing in lean manufacturing applications. Dr. Kaplan received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in business administration from the University of Southern California.

For the past 15 years, he has successfully integrated customer experience software solutions into the private and public sector across 3 continents. Adrian is at the forefront of technology solutions to enable organisations to improve operational efficiencies and customer experiences. He has also been instrumental in the implementation of award winning workforce optimisation software tools in banking institutions across the globe. Some of these organisations include the Commonwealth Bank (Australia), Westpac (Australia and New Zealand), Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds (UK).
