Field Service Team

Sometimes clients do not have the data needed to make the right decisions.   That’s where our Field Service Team comes in. Kiran’s Field Service team members perform detailed observations and timings of customer sessions and standard processes.  Our Field Service team members are experienced, professional individuals who receive specific training for each project.   They travel, sometimes on a moment’s notice, to anywhere in the US or even abroad.   While on a project, the Field Service team members work long hours and then convene for daily conference calls to share insights.

Kiran combines rigorous project training,  state-of-the-art field collection hardware and software, outstanding project management and most importantly, high-caliber professional Field Service team members.  The analysis of the ground-level intelligence that comes from this process drives game-changing decisions for our clients.
