Operational Assessment

Kiran performs an Operational Assessment to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies that are impacting student experience.  An Operational Assessment quickly provides your team's leadership with a roadmap highlighting the most important opportunities for improvements that will impact student on-boarding and retention. 

In an Operational Assessment, Kiran will: 

• Review and Assess
  • Current state of operational processes
  • Current performance metrics
  • Student satisfaction data
  • Current and planned (within 6 months) system capabilities
• Map out high-level operating processes
• Identify areas of opportunity to add/modify/eliminate process steps that would significantly improve operational efficiency/effectiveness and/or the student experience
• Frame-up “rough-order-of-magnitude” (ROM) benefits of opportunities to assist in prioritizing potential changes
