Recruiting Analytics and Fact-Based Screening

KIRAN rejects the idea that a single candidate profile can predict success for any industry, any company and any position. Our solution is uniquely mapped to identify candidates who are compatible with your vision, values and culture while maintaining EEO compliance. KIRAN will work with your team to generate an exhaustive list of job competencies, past experience, education and acheivements that are suspected to be drivers of performance. A survey of current employees will be used to statistically validate the true drivers of performance in your organization.

Questions about factors that cannot be linked to performance will be eliminated, providing a succinct, customized, effective survey for future applicants.

 

Recruiting Analytics and Predictive Modeling:

The data collected through the surveys will be analyzed to generate a predictive model of performance.  The model will evaluate all data collected and will have the following objectives:

  • Provide a scoring mechanism to prioritize incoming candidates
  • Determine if there are region-specific differences that can make the predictive model more accurate and if so, apply these differences to the scoring mechanism
  • Provide probability of success based on the assigned score for each candidate
  • Classify the candidates into three types: ‘High Priority’ (proceed immediately to next step); ‘Priority’ (proceed but with caution), and ‘Low Priority’ (low probability of success)
  • Provide scores/flags on key traits and/or attitudes to be further investigated for candidates in next step of recruiting
  • Generate automatic flags when the system has received an optimum number of high-priority  candidates
  • Provide a framework for future refinements and enhancements

Deployment

Once the predictive model has been configured and its effectiveness has been proven for your organization, the system is ready to be deployed.  The candidate questionnaire can be hosted by KIRAN or your own online recruiting site.  Either way, scoring is performed in real time ensuring that your recruiters can give their immediate attention to the very best candidates.
