Jim DeLapa has lead Kiran Analytics for more than 12 years as President, CEO and now the General Manager as a business unit of Verint.
Kiran is the leading solution provider for workforce management solutions for retail banks. Under his leadership, the company has grown from being a boutique consulting company to become an analytics and software leader with solutions deployed in more than 30,000 retail branches. Prior to his role at Kiran Analytics, DeLapa was a founding investor and board member of Exametric Software.
DeLapa earned his Business Degree from Michigan State University.
Chief Technology Officer
Jeff Cameron, CTO, is a pioneer in developing hosted software solutions trusted by retail banks, dating back to 2001.
Cameron has lead the development of enterprise software applications used today in more than 20,000 retail bank branches throughout the world.
Prior to joining Kiran, Cameron served as CTO of Exametric Software, and Director of Software Engineering at both Witness Systems and Verint Systems.
Cameron graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Executive Vice President
Randy Ross leads global client management and business development for Kiran Analytics.
His career has focused on delivering breakthrough results to financial services companies spanning the areas of payments, marketing services, operations, customer management, change management, workforce management, and technology. Leading the teams that deliver Kiran’s predictive analytics driven branch transformation solutions, his central focus includes talent acquisition, workforce management, customer experience, and resource optimization.
Prior to beginning his civilian career, Ross served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Captain. He graduated from the University of Illinois with concentrations in Mathematics and History.
SVP, Retail Banking Solutions
Jackie Hudson oversees retail banking solution development and product strategy for Kiran Analytics.
She is one of the industry’s leading branch workforce optimization professionals who has had a career focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and sales effectiveness in retail banking. Hudson is an experienced technology and consulting executive who has pioneered new offerings and solutions and worked closely with banking leaders across the globe on the largest and most sophisticated branch workforce optimization deployments.
Prior to joining Kiran, Hudson has held several leadership positions within financial services and most recently served as Principal at Novantas and Vice President of the Branch Workforce Optimization Practice at Verint Systems. She earned a degree in business administration from Georgetown University.
Dr. Abhyuday Desai
Vice President, Analytics
Dr. Desai leads the analytics team at Kiran Analytics.
His primary focus is on developing advanced mathematical and statistical models to solve complex resource and performance management problems in the retail banking industry. Dr. Desai has contributed significantly to the design and development of Kiran’s strategic capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling solutions.
Of particular note is his groundbreaking, patent-pending work in the field of full-time/part-time staffing of bank branches. Dr. Desai holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the Texas Tech University. He has published scholarly papers in scheduling and inventory control. His interests are in descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Vice President of Marketing
Kerim Tumay leads marketing for Kiran Analytics.
A software industry veteran, Tumay brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, product development and management with enterprise software products. He has deep technical knowledge in modeling, simulation, content management, search, and semantic technologies. Tumay is the founder of Technology Multipliers. His leadership experience includes executive management positions at ProModel Corporation, CACI, Convera, and NTENT.
Tumay holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management Systems from Arizona State University.
Vice President of Business Development
John McKenna leads business development for Kiran Analytics in the US.
Prior to joining Kiran, Mr. McKenna held leadership positions in several financial services companies. He served as the President of PayCommerce — an innovative open payments network. McKenna also served as President of ETP, Electronic Transactions Partners. Prior to that, McKenna was Senior Vice President of Harland Clarke where he led the national sales division. His broad executive leadership experience includes rapidly growing sales as well as completing successful business transformations.
Prior to his civilian career, McKenna served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Vice President of Business Development
Ron Munos leads business development for Kiran Analytics in the Western half of the US.
With over 25 years of experience working with financial institutions, Ron is an executive level sales professional with a proven history in selling technology solutions designed to drive process improvement and deliver bottom-line financial performance. His background in business process management has been key to understanding, positioning, and communicating the value delivered with the implementation of cutting-edge solutions.
Prior to joining Kiran, Ron held various executive level positions with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Experian, and EZShield Fraud Protection.
Director of Client Services
Carl Christon leads client services for Kiran Analytics in the UK.
Prior to joining Kiran, Mr. Christon held leadership positions within FTSE 100 Companies in both Retail Banking (Barclays) and Retailing (Tesco Stores). Trained in Lean Six Sigma to Black Belt level, and holding an IMS certificate in Work Measurement, Method Study and Productivity, Christon is regarded as a subject matter expert within Workforce Optimization and Resource Planning. He also holds a Prince 2 Project
Management qualification and has specialist skills in Branch Transformation and Change Management.
Christon has a proven track record of creating innovative tools, processes and solutions which are sustainable and lead to a more agile workforce.
Director of Client Management
Pete Daugherty leads client management activities for Kiran’s large retail banking customers.
He brings over 20 years of retail banking executive strategy and leadership skills to the team. Prior to Kiran Analytics, Pete held various positions in TCF Bank and TCF Financial Corporation where he led branch network and contact center performance improvement, risk management, and regional operations management.
He holds degrees from Saint Johns University and the Graduate School of Banking, Madison, WI.

Bob Borgstrom leads client management activities for Kiran’s large retail banking customers.
He brings over 28 years of executive strategy and leadership skills in retail banking. Prior to Kiran Analytics, Bob held various positions in TCF Bank where he led branch banking divisions, regional operations management, and sales and service delivery teams. Bob earned a degree in management from the University of Minnesota.
